I know it has been a few months.. We have been busy trying to figure out what to do with our new house. We finally decided to paint. Well we hired someone to paint, but we did pick out the colors on our own. Check out the end result.

We are Homeowners!! YEAH

It's Official! We are homeowners!! We moved into our new home on Tuesday 5/25/10. It was a long day but it went really smoothly. On Wednesday my parents came over to help us figure it all out. We had boxes every where and didn't know where to start. It was nice having someone to help us out. Thursday we got our washer/dryer delivered and I cleaned the old apartment. Friday I cleaned while jeff got the TV/Internet/Phone hooked up. Saturday we had our last bike ride through Coronado and turned over the keys. It was a sad day, but it was nice coming home to our own house. Roxy is loving it. She sits in the window everyday and has even ventured out on the balcony.

Our House is Done!!!

We did a walk through today. YEAH our house is done. We only found a few things that need to be fixed and next week we will close.. We are getting so excited. We are excited to share with our family and friends. Here are some of the newest photos!

We went this weekend and finalized are flooring decisions and signed some more papers. So today we went to our house.. It was exciting. We have walls. Grey stucco is up on the exterior and drywall on the interior. It was so exciting.

We have pretty muched picked out our flooring. It may not end up identical , but pretty close at least. This is hard, but fun. So excited we got to experience this.

Wood Laminate for the social gathering area. Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen area.

Iced Mocha carpet for the bedrooms and stairs. With extra padding to make it even softer to walk on.

Tile for the bathrooms and entry level. So exciting.

Flooring for our entire house. They look so well together. Can't wait to see them put in.

House Hunting

Well how is life suppose to go.. You meet, you get married, go on your honeymoon and now we try and buy a home.. In January we started looking wow what a task. So many to look at, so many to choose from. After a couple weeks we found it. A new townhouse in Santee off the 67 north. We actually get to watch it be built which is exciting for both of us. When we first saw it on January 24th (After we signed purchase agreement) it only had framing for first 2 levels. Below you will find pictures we have taken since then. We will continue to post photos of the process...

HoneyMoon

We left for our Honeymoon the Friday after Thanksgiving. We took a 8 day Mexican Riviera cruise that left out of San Diego and stopped at 3 ports on our way back up the Pacific Coast. We got to see the cliff divers of Acapulco. The beaches of Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo were beautiful. The country side of Colima/Manzanillo. We had such a great time. I didn't get sea sick like I thought. The cruise was amazing. I would recommend it to anyone.

We did it!!!

Yeah we are now officially Husband and Wife. It was such a fun evening of family and friends dancing and talking. We had so much fun and enjoyed everyone who attended with us. As soon as we get pictures we will post them so everyone can enjoy them. Thank you again to all those who joined us.

Kristi had her Bachelorette Party in Las Vegas this past weekend.. What Happens there stays there...

Jeff is scheduled to have his this coming weekend.. Don't know what's going on there. I am sure he will have a great time.

19 Days and Counting

Can you believe it? Only 19 more days and we will be celebrating our wedding day will all our family and friends. We are terrible sorry some of you won't be able to join us but you will be with us in our hearts. It has been a fun planning our event and now we are just looking forward to seeing everyone. Thank you all for your support.

It's getting close!! 32 days and Counting

We are getting so excited and we hope you are too. Only 32 more days till the BIG day. We keep getting asked " Are you serious, we can wear flip flops?" the answer is YES! We are recommending them infact. You will be walking on sand. If you don't feel comfortable wearing them or they just don't go with your outfit don't worry. You can always go barefoot.

Please make sure each of you have some form of Identification to get on the base. Everyone in the vehicle needs one. I don't want anyone turned away. We would miss you terribly. Please call if you have any questions.

Where are you going for Honeymoon?

Well we are planning a cruise on Carnival Cruises. We won't be leaving for our cruise until the day after Thanksgiving. It will leave out of San Diego and head south to Acapulco, Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa, Manzanillo Mexico. It will be 8 days and our very first cruise. We are so excited.
